2gether Support Solutions is an NHS‑owned Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2,000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether offers vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and more.

We are looking for an enthusiastic recruitment professional to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role offers some home working possibilities and flexible working patterns for the right candidate. The position is permanent and will support recruitment across all five East Kent Hospital sites, covering a broad spectrum of roles from Facilities to Procurement, and from Estates to Finance.

Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑end responsibility for the recruitment process for high‑volume positions, from advertising through to initial compliance checks.
  • Sourcing, screening, organising interviews and assessment centres, making offers and performing compliance checks.
  • Building strong working partnerships with stakeholders and managers, advising on hiring strategies and requirements.
  • Monitoring role progress and advising on additional advertising to provide innovative sourcing streams.
  • Engaging in project work opportunities, including contract management, strategy and initiatives.
  • Prioritising workload, managing time and responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications
  • High‑volume recruitment experience in any industry.
  • Proven history of working with various ATS systems and in‑house recruitment processes.
  • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, excellent communication, relationship management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of Right to Work and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using a range of resourcing techniques.
