We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Coordinator to provide support across a broad range of operational and business support activities. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience working across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting shipping and export operations, customer service activities, inventory management, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate shipping activities, including export documentation and logistics administration.
  • Support customer service functions, responding to enquiries and assisting with order and delivery updates.
  • Work closely alongside the assembly team to maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Assist with inventory control processes and stock management activities.
