As the Buyer, you will build and develop strong working relationships with suppliers and be a key part of the senior management team. Foster Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain positive, productive partnerships with suppliers, leading review meetings and site visits.

Drive Improvement: Lead a continual improvement program to enhance supplier performance.

Master Negotiator: Negotiate new contracts, handle price adjustments, and implement rebate agreements.

KPI Management: Monitor and report departmental KPIs directly to the MD.

Global Shipping Coordination: Oversee shipping and delivery schedules across the Far East and Europe.

Inventory Control: Manage stock levels with precision, ensuring optimal min/max thresholds.

Shortages and Resolutions: Stay ahead with daily stock shortage reporting and swift problem-solving.

Purchase Order Expertise: Process orders, manage confirmations, and update the IT system with accuracy.
