We are seeking a full‑time Boeing Fleet Support Engineer to join our experienced CAMO team, based at our Doncaster site or from our Lasham site, with a mixture of hybrid working.
About You
You should have demonstrable knowledge and experience working in a CAMO or airworthiness‑related role, as well as good IT and communication skills. This role would suit a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a busy environment interfacing with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of fleet maintenance programmes, including review, development and amendment.
- Project work to support fleet development, including any acquisitions and disposals.
- Production and analysis of reliability data and reports.
- Long‑term maintenance planning – base maintenance and modification programmes.
- Work scope planning for base maintenance inputs.
- Chair Maintenance Programme Liaison meetings.
- Technical management of MELs, IDE Statements and Check Flight schedules.
- Continuing Airworthiness Management/oversight of aircraft modification and upgrade programmes or repairs and the Design Change Verification process.
- Review, assess and process incoming airworthiness data (mandatory and non‑mandatory), such as AD, SB and ICA etc. in line with airworthiness procedures.
- Re‑weigh and modification weight and balance updates.
- Fleet‑specific technical support within CAMO and to the rest of the company.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a good understanding of Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21 and experience working with Boeing aircraft. Experience of small turbine/piston aircraft would be an added bonus, but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
