We are seeking a full-time Sheet Metal Worker to join our dedicated Capability Development Team here in Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble aircraft sheet metal components and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Carry out forming, bending, drilling, countersinking, deburring and riveting of metallic and non‑metallic components.
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings, work instructions and technical documentation.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Part 21 Subpart G procedures and company quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Follow all Health, Safety and SMS (Safety Management System) requirements within the facility.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker in an aerospace engineering environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and aerospace specifications.
  • Experience with aircraft structures, brackets, panels, racking or similar fabricated assemblies.
  • Knowledge of aerospace fasteners, riveting techniques and sheet metal forming.
  • Experience working within regulated aerospace quality systems (e.g., AS9100 or Part 21) is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
