We’re looking for a hands-on, team-player candidate eager to contribute to something extraordinary. The successful candidate will work alongside our busy facilities team, responsible for the safe and effective maintenance of our site.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Maintain and repair buildings and systems on site, including plumbing, air, heating, and IT network systems.
- Handle other maintenance tasks such as painting, roof repairs, locksmithing, drywall installations, and groundwork.
- Recycle and manage waste.
- Ensure cleanliness of the site facilities.
- Carry out any other duties requested by the supervisor.
- Use various platforms, ladders, and access equipment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or building services role.
- Basic mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to high safety and professionalism standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach to maintenance issues.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Relevant technical qualifications in maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety.
