2Excel Group is seeking an Airfield Operations Manager to take ownership of the safe, secure and compliant management of airfield activities. The role leads on regulatory compliance, security, emergency response capability, fire crew provision and fuel operations to ensure ALARP risk management and readiness.

You will oversee airfield movements, security measures and incident investigations, working with regulators, service providers and airspace users to maintain high safety standards.
