We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Compliance Auditor to join our team at 2Excel Group. Key Responsibilities:
- The preparation and revision of standard practices and procedures for the use of the Company in the MOE and associated TPMs ensuring their compliance with Part 145 and other relevant regulations.
- Managing staff’s compliance files.
- Managing and answering compliance queries delegated by the CMM.
- Liaising with the Training Manager and arranging HF/FTS/EWIS, Competency Assessments, Continuation Training, external courses, HF/FTS and EWIS training and training from third parties.
- Actively promoting positive compliance and safety cultures.
- Fortnightly hangar audits (under CMM supervision) in accordance with EASA /CAA regulations and issuing findings to the relevant manager.
- Management of Company Technical Procedure Manual(s) (TPM(s)), writing updates and producing new ones as and when required.

- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
- Be an effective team player at all levels with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and internal customers, whilst working under pressure.
- Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Be able to effectively utilise a range of software including the MS office suite.
