We are seeking a highly organised and proactive King Air Fleet Support Engineer to support the ongoing airworthiness, maintenance planning, and technical oversight of our King Air fleet. The day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Support AMP and Airworthiness Engineers with the development, review and standardisation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs).
- Assist with reliability monitoring, data analysis and airworthiness reviews to enhance fleet performance.
- Co-ordinate long-term maintenance planning, including base maintenance inputs, storage events and in-service modification programmes.
- Define work scopes and oversee maintenance inputs, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Manage major components (engines, propellers, landing gear) and ensure timely provision of spares and modification kits.
- Liaise with planning teams, MROs, OEMs and Type Certificate Holders to support fleet requirements.
- Oversee continuing airworthiness activities, including modifications, repairs, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs, including invoice approval and spares/stock management.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation accuracy and continuous audit readiness.
- Contribute to safety reporting, compliance processes, and continuous improvement of procedures and documentation.
- Provide technical support across the organisation and contribute to MEL and CAT-IDE updates where required.
We are looking for a candidate with the following essential skill set and experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21 regulations.
- Experience supporting Beechcraft King Air aircraft or similar twin-turboprop platforms.
- Experience in maintenance planning, reliability analysis, and aircraft technical management.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- A proactive approach to safety, compliance, and promoting a positive Just Culture.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC) / Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
