The role is very varied and covers both finance and administration processes. You will report directly to the Special Missions Administration Supervisor and be involved with the day-to‑day running of any finance and admin procedures within Special Missions. Preparing clients\' invoices, quotes and associated documents. Assisting with financial queries, accurately updating financial databases and records. Preparing clients\' reports and statistics, as well as facilitating various administrative duties, as and when required. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the smooth running of the Special Missions Finance and Admin Department;
- Prioritising workloads;
- Collating information from relevant departments and software to enable invoices to be generated for Special Missions Contracts;
- Accurately updating 2Excel\'s financial databases and records;
- Booking and monitoring HOTAC and Transport;
- Answering the telephone, managing calls and taking messages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar;
- Proficient in Microsoft applications;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Reliability.
