Role Description:
The Digital Printing and Finishing Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Northwich, Cheshire at a purpose-built unit with staff and visitor parking. This role is responsible for operating digital printing equipment, setting up jobs according to specifications, and monitoring print quality throughout production. Day-to-day tasks include trimming, laminating, binding, and other finishing processes, as well as packing and preparing orders for dispatch. The team member will maintain equipment, manage materials, follow safety and quality procedures, and work closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and customer expectations. The role may also involve basic artwork checks, job scheduling support, and assisting with continuous improvement of print and finishing workflows. Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in digital printing, print finishing, or a similar production environment is required.

Remuneration
