At 2bTanned, we’re all about sharing our tanning and beauty obsession with the world.
As a result of our ambitious plans to expand our reach we’re now looking for a full time Graphic Designer in our Wishaw based office in Scotland. This is to help deliver the brand’s visual guidelines on end to end campaign projects, and ensuring all packaging and digital designers are cutting edge and customer focused.
The candidate should be very creative, passionate and enthusiastic, and able to fit into a team.
Responsibilities
- A passionate and solution focused designer who strives to strike the perfect balance between creativity and commercial thinking.
- Create artwork for all teams in the business including but not limited to; print, packaging, digital, website and email.
- Clearly and confidently present creative concepts to the team.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the process the ability to design packaging and curate new product designs.
- Manage the creative development for new products and execution across a range of formats and channels.
- A diplomatic and collaborative approach to working cross-functionally
Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed
- Proven experience in a design role, preferably in a retail environment
- Must be Wishaw based or able to travel
- A strong portfolio with examples of print and digital designs
- Fluent in Adobe (Photoshop/ Illustrator/InDesign/After Effects)
- Excellent design skills with a strong eye for typography, layout, iconography and colour theory.
- Ability to work across multiple projects, under pressure and/or reactively.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with creative, digital and media teams.
- Great communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
