The Digital Ad Operations team is seeking a Media Planning Executive to help shape and coordinate digital advertising campaigns across Warner Bros. Discovery's international portfolio. In this role, you will support the development of digital media solutions that help sales teams meet client objectives and grow global revenue. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across London, Paris, and multiple international markets to deliver integrated, high-quality campaign experiences.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Support frontline sales teams with responses to media briefs from clients and agencies.
  • Develop integrated digital media strategies aligned to campaign budgets and KPIs.
  • Perform inventory forecasting on ad servers such as GAM and Freewheel.
  • Coordinate with local market teams to access ad inventory across the WBD digital portfolio.
  • Liaise with local teams and campaign traffic managers to book campaigns.
  • Track campaign status and inventory utilisation.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with sales teams, traffic managers and local inventory managers.
  • Keep internal teams informed and up to date on the sales pipeline.
