Trainee Bus Driver (including Apprenticeship qualification)
Salary: £35,424 annualised earnings based on 42 hours per week. During training (6‑8 weeks) hourly rate £12.21. Overtime at £20.28 on weekdays and £24.33 on weekends and bank holidays.
Shift patterns: Early, Middle, Late shifts.
About the Role
Completing industry‑leading training, securing your PCV licence followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of a Level2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship. Driving a fleet of 100 buses safely and smoothly, ensuring every customer has a great journey. Delivering top‑notch customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends.

- Age 18+ and hold a UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK and meet residency requirements.
