The predicted salary is between 15.91 - 15.91 £ per hour.
Salary: Typical annualised earnings of £33,920 PA based on an average rota of 41 hours per week at £15.91 per hour. Overtime rates: £19.89 Mon-Fri & £23.87 weekends & Bank Holidays. During training (6-8 weeks) pay is £12.71 per hour.
Location: Bedford depot, 66A St John's St, Bedford MK42 0DJ.
Responsibilities
- Complete industry-leading training and secure PCV licence followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
- Drive the fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
- Ensure every customer has a great journey, delivering top-notch customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- 18 years old or older with a full UK driving licence and no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days in the UK, ordinarily resident for the last 3 years or meeting alternative criteria).
- Patient, safe and courteous approach with a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn, take part in training programmes and be part of a team.
