About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary AI Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Intelligent Automation to join our growing team. This role involves designing and delivering advanced automation solutions that integrate RPA, AI/ML, NLP, and cognitive services to drive digital transformation initiatives. This is a remote-first position open to candidates residing in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions, combining RPA with AI/ML technologies.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to define solution architecture and integration requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, etc.).
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Guide development teams on best practices, standards, and governance for intelligent automation.
- Oversee solution deployment, integration, and performance tuning.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, automation, and enterprise architecture to advise clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in AI/Intelligent Automation projects.
- Expertise in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) integrated with AI/ML/NLP solutions.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and API integration.
- Hands-on experience with AI services such as Azure Cognitive Services, Google AI, or OpenAI.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to lead solution design in complex environments.
