You will be entered into a fully comprehensive training programme, designed in-house by ex-recruitment consultants with experience in tech recruitment!
The programme includes both on-desk and module-based learning ensuring your immediate development. Graduates are able to begin closing deals during the academy programme, meaning there is no limitation to when you start earning commission – in 2025, promotions have been achieved within 4 months of joining.
