It\’s a Civil Engineering into Construction desk all across the East Coast of the US. The desk currently generates $2.8million annually, making it an extremely lucrative opportunity!
Role Highlights:
- Work alongside the Founder, essentially taking over from the other Co-Founder.
- 55% retained, 45% contingent
- Progression: Inherit a team of 2-3 consultants OR grow your own team within 6-12 months
- Immediate Earnings: 100% commission from warm accounts with zero deal splits.

Commission Structure:
Zero threshold – paid quarterly (stack comms)
£0 – £30,000: 15%
