My client is a leading Technology Recruitment firm, experts in placing high level tech professionals. This role involves significant research, market analysis and identifying leading figures and talent within the technology sector, handling both candidates and clients. Since their inception in 2010, they’ve grown to circa 50 heads with plans to keep expanding. Their growth is organic, focusing on employing motivated graduates and investing in them for a long-term future with the company.

Salary & Location

Salary: £30K base salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40-50K Y1, over 6 figures in Y3)

Location: Cannon Street, City of London

Role Summary

Recruitment Consultant – Immediate Start. The role involves researching markets, sourcing talent, engaging with candidates and clients, and driving new business for technology placements.

Training & Progression

Training: During training, you’ll receive a mix of classroom learning and practical one-on-one mentoring from experienced professionals who have closed million-pound deals.

Progression: Clear progression path, with potential to lead a team in 1-2 years.
