Role: Recruitment Consultant (Graduate Programme)

Basic Salary: £26,000–£30,000 (+ uncapped commission)

Location: Central London

Yearly OTE: Year 1 £50,000 | Year 2 £100,000–£120,000 | Year 3 £150,000+

Ideal Profile:

• 6 months’ commercial experience, ideally within a multinational corporate environment
• Strong academic background from either A levels or University
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn
