Role: Recruitment Consultant (Graduate Programme)

Yearly OTE: Year 1 £50,000 | Year 2 £100,000–£120,000 | Year 3 £150,000+

Ideal Profile:

• 6 months’ sales experience, ideally within a multinational corporate environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn
