As a Graduate Legal Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll work closely with experienced consultants to source high-calibre legal professionals, deliver a premium candidate experience, and support the end-to-end recruitment process. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Researching and identifying top legal talent across multiple practice areas
• Supporting candidate screening, interviews, and placement coordination
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Helping consultants track market movements and talent trends
