Founded by some of the UK’s most experienced recruiters, this business has quickly built a market-leading reputation for quality, profitability, and long-term relationships.
With a team of senior recruiters and directors who have previously built one of the most successful public sector finance recruitment businesses in the country, they are now growing their permanent recruitment offering - and this is your opportunity to be part of that next chapter!
You’ll join a small, tight-knit team in their central London office, working alongside the firms founders and directors who bring decades of recruitment experience, an outstanding network and an approach built on trust, quality and delivery - not high-pressure sales. This is a company that values profitability over volume, with a clear focus on doing great work for great clients.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients across the public sector.
- Managing retained and exclusive recruitment campaigns.
- Developing your own network of candidates in the finance and leadership space.
- Working alongside senior recruiters who will mentor and guide your growth.
You’ll be supported by a highly experienced management team but given real autonomy to develop your desk, build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
The Right Candidate:
- Recruitment Experience: Ideally 1-3 years of recruitment experience (public sector or finance preferred).
- Credible and Consultative: You’ll be engaging with senior finance professionals and decision-makers - professionalism and communication skills are key.
- Driven and Commercial: You’re ambitious, financially motivated, and ready to take ownership of your success.
- Collaborative: You enjoy working in a close, experienced team where everyone contributes and learns from each other.
- Authentic and Honest: Our client values transparency - they hire people who are genuine, trustworthy, and confident in their abilities.

- Biannual networking events for clients and contractors to strengthen market relationships
- Flexible working – 3 days in office and 2 WFH
- Hours - 8am-4pm!
