Since their inception in 2010, they have grown to 40-50 heads with plans to keep expanding! All of their growth is organic, meaning they focus on employing motivated graduates and investing into them for a long-term future with the company.
Commission: 1st year OTE £50,000, 2nd year OTE £75,000. Unlimited earning potential, people in year three have earned 200K+!
Location: Bank, City of London
The Role:
- Conducting research via telephone referencing and interviews
- Spotting top talent pools and industry performances
- Market mapping
- Speaking with prospective hires and providing them with information about clients and current demands
- Creating competitor analyses
- Calling references to find out more about potential candidates and businesses
- Establishing a strong network of market sources
- Finding and establishing new client connections - full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients
- Developing a thorough understanding of your market
Requirements:
