As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with experienced consultants to source high-calibre legal professionals, deliver a premium candidate experience, and support the end-to-end recruitment process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching and identifying top legal talent across multiple practice areas
• Supporting candidate screening, interviews, and placement coordination
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Tracking market movements, legal hiring trends, and talent pipelines

What We’re Looking For

You might be a recent graduate or someone with experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or other commercial environments. We’re looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional setting
• A genuine interest in legal recruitment and career-focused work

No prior recruitment experience needed – full training provided.
