Junior Recruitment Consultant - US

Opportunity to join a high-performance, US focussed, recruitment agency specialising in exclusive and retained search within the highly lucrative commercial construction market!

Role: Associate Consultant (US Market)

Location: Central London

Basic Salary: £25,000 (+ uncapped commission)

Yearly OTE: Year 1 £50,000+ | Year 2 £70,000+ | Year 3 £100,000+

Ideal Profile

• University graduate with 2.1 Bachelor\’s, or;
• 1 years corporate sales experience
• Resilient, ambitious, and highly motivated by success
• Competitive mindset with a track record of high achievement (e.g., sports, sales, academics)
• Able to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
