Graduate Recruitment Consultant – FinTech – Immediate StartLocation: Bank, City of London
Base Pay: Commission – 1st year OTE £50,000, 2nd year OTE £75,000. Unlimited earning potential; year three earners exceed £200,000.

The Role:
Conduct research via telephone referencing and interviews
Spot top talent pools and assess industry performance
Perform market mapping
Engage prospective hires, providing information about clients and current demand
Create competitor analyses
Call references to gather insights on potential candidates and businesses
Build a strong network of market sources
Develop new client connections – full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients
Deepen understanding of the market
Opportunities for promotion to Team Lead/Manager within 1–2 years
Participate in an internal mentoring program led by industry experts
