Basic Salary: £32,500 (+ commission)
Location: Central London
Yearly OTE: Year 1 £45,000-£50,000 OTE | Year 2 £65,000-£80,000 | Year 3 £120,000+
Company Background: Join an executive search specialising in entrepreneur & founder search in addition to leadership consulting within the tech industry. You would be working closely with the leaders of PE & VC backed organisations to help grow their executive teams, working entirely on retained mandates on projects across the world.
Ideal Profile:
- Outstanding academic record (Top 20 University, 1st class degree)
- A levels; AAB or IB; 38+ points
- Look for those who can work at pace and with humility
- Confident conversing with high-profile stakeholders
- Demonstrable high achievement in competitive environments (e.g., sports)
