The role is challenging, consultative, and can be very lucrative, with top consultants earning in excess of £600k per annum in under 10 years. Our client is one of the most prestigious Executive Search and Selection companies in the world. They specialise in placing candidates on salaries above 6 figures, focussing on Finance and Tech. Our client will often complete deals involving 7 figure salaries where a single fee can be in excess of £500k (with multiple top billers generating over 2 million per year). They attract c-suite level talent into some of the world’s most well-renowned brands including the Big 4, Tier 1 Banks, and some of the most exciting tech giants and tech start-ups out there, all of which you will get to work with closely and consult. The client offers a detailed and comprehensive training program for graduates that will support you throughout your career with them!
