The Role:
- Conduct research via telephone referencing and interviews
- Spot top talent pools and assess industry performance
- Perform market mapping
- Engage prospective hires, providing information about clients and current demand
- Create competitor analyses
- Call references to gather insights on potential candidates and businesses
- Build a strong network of market sources
- Develop new client connections – full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients
- Deepen understanding of the market
- Opportunities for promotion to Team Lead/Manager within 1–2 years
