My client is a boutique executive search firm established in 2020. They are best known for partnering with leading consumer brands across technology, digital, telecommunications and media, supporting them through periods of change, transformation, and growth. Clients include Amazon, Starbucks, ASOS and British Airways (to name a few!). Founded with the ambition of building the next generation of executive search - fit for a world of change and diversity - this business offers a genuinely modern approach to the market. Joining at this exciting stage of growth means you will play a key role in shaping the future of the firm. You will be trained directly by the founder, who has a proven track record of developing high-performing consultants and top billers within executive search.

What is Executive Search?

  • Headhunting senior and C-suite professionals with niche skill sets and specific industry experience.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and leadership needs.
  • Pitching for and winning retained search assignments on an exclusive basis.
  • Building and mapping markets to identify and engage top-tier talent.
