The Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to run a full recruitment desk in the US market, including:

• Identifying and engaging high-calibre construction professionals
• Building long-term relationships with US-based clients
• Managing retained and exclusive search processes
• Negotiating fees, offers, and placements
• Developing into a specialist recruiter with your own market

Full training is provided from day one.

• A 2.1 degree or at least 1 year of corporate sales experience
• A resilient, driven mindset with clear financial ambition
• A competitive background (sports, sales, academics, targets, KPIs)
• The ability to work at pace without losing attention to detail
