The Role:
- Conducting research via telephone referencing and interviews
- Spotting top talent pools and industry performances
- Market mapping
- Speaking with prospective hires and providing them with information about clients and current demands
- Creating competitor analyses
- Calling references to find out more about potential candidates and businesses
- Establishing a strong network of market sources
- Finding and establishing new client connections - full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients
- Developing a thorough understanding of your market
