Graduate basic salary: £28,000-£32,000 + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £50,000 - £60,000; Year 2 OTE: £60,000 - £85,000; Year 3 OTE: £85,000 - £100,000+
The role:
- Market mapping for live candidates
- Providing support that enables the business to provide a timely, professional, and valued service to our clients.
- Identify talent for your mandates, qualifying and providing your recommendations of potential talent with Partner direction.
- Working in conjunction with the Lead Partner to produce a shortlist of high calibre candidates.
- Produce high-quality, insightful, and robust written work including executive summaries and progress reports.
- You will help us to build the best and most definitive database of private equity CFOs in the UK and Europe, covering both mid-market and large-cap firms.
Ideal Candidates:
- Degree qualified from a research-intensive University course
- Highly organised with the ability to create best-in-class research process
- Intellectual curiosity and commercial aptitude
- Able to build credible relationships over the telephone and in person
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing
- A rigorous, methodical approach with an exceptional attention to detail
- High levels of tenacity, creativity, and lateral thinking
- Able to work well under pressure and deliver high quality results
- A high level of intellect and a naturally inquisitive nature
