What we need:
- Strong on-the-ground operational support across hospitality and events
- Confident running floor service and managing the flow of busy shifts
- Able to lead small teams and keep everyone switched on
- Comfortable supporting across terraces, pop-ups, brand activations, events and venue projects
- Happy being hands-on and doing whatever is needed to make service smooth
- Available for weekends plus some weekdays, with flexibility depending on project demands
Ideal background:
- Experienced freelance hospitality professional, floor manager, or junior ops-led person
- Strong background in bars, restaurants, members clubs, events or experiential hospitality
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Reliable, solutions-focused and very hard working
- Someone who can bring structure, energy and accountability without needing loads of oversight
The opportunity:
