We’re looking for a brilliant freelance hospitality operator to support across projects, launches, venue activations and on-the-ground service delivery. This role is for someone who is genuinely excellent on the floor; calm under pressure, highly organised, hardworking, proactive, and confident managing small teams in fast-paced environments.

We need somebody who can step in and help run service, support operations, keep standards high, solve problems in real time, and be a reliable pair of hands across a range of projects. This is not a desk-based role. We’re looking for someone who loves being in the action and knows how to make hospitality environments run properly.

What we need:

  • Strong on-the-ground operational support across hospitality and events
  • Confident running floor service and managing the flow of busy shifts
  • Able to lead small teams and keep everyone switched on
  • Comfortable supporting across terraces, pop-ups, brand activations, events and venue projects
  • Happy being hands-on and doing whatever is needed to make service smooth
  • Available for weekends plus some weekdays, with flexibility depending on project demands

Ideal background:

  • Experienced freelance hospitality professional, floor manager, or junior ops-led person
  • Strong background in bars, restaurants, members clubs, events or experiential hospitality
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Reliable, solutions-focused and very hard working
  • Someone who can bring structure, energy and accountability without needing loads of oversight

The opportunity:

This is a freelance / flexible position, paid on an hourly or day rate depending on the project. Ideal for someone who wants flexible work but enjoys being part of exciting hospitality and live event environments. We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted go-to operator across multiple projects.
