Passenger Assistant Role And Responsibilities
Salary: £560 - £860 per month (route dependent)
Hours: 12.5 to 20 per week (varies by route)
Role Locations: Shrewsbury, Telford, Ludlow, Market Drayton, Bridgnorth, Oswestry

Your Role
- Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres.
- To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the company.
- To quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend.
- To assist the driver in company supplied vehicles, which includes - cars, 8 seat people carriers and large wheelchair accessible vehicles.
- To be patient and empathic with the passengers and be able to keep them occupied and comfortable on journeys.
What You Need
- Pass an enhanced criminal record check as you will be working with children, young persons and/or vulnerable adults.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- First Aid Training - and willing to undergo advanced specialist medical training.
