Job Title: Driver – Special Needs & Community Transport
Salary: £518 – £1000.00 per month (route dependent)
Hours: 12.5 to 20 per week (varies by route)

Your Role
- As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities.
- You’ll be responsible for: Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations; building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff; following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Being available for morning and afternoon shifts on school days
What You Need
- A valid UK driving licence (car category)
- Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
- Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
- The right to work in the UK
