Job Title: Driver – Special Needs & Community Transport

Salary: £518 – £1000.00 per month (route dependent)
Hours: 12.5 to 20 per week (varies by route)

Your Role
As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You’ll be responsible for:
Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Being available for morning and afternoon shifts on school days
What You Need
A valid UK driving licence (car category)
Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
