Role and Responsibilities:
- Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres.
- Work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the company.
- Quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and key people at the establishments they attend.
- Assist the driver in company supplied vehicles, including cars, 8 seat people carriers, and large wheelchair accessible vehicles.
- Be patient and empathic with passengers, keeping them occupied and comfortable on journeys.
Requirements:
- Pass an enhanced criminal record check as you will be working with children, young persons, and/or vulnerable adults.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- First Aid Training and willingness to undergo advanced specialist medical training.
