Passenger Assistant Role And Responsibilities
Salary: £560 - £860 per month (route dependent).
Hours: 12.5 to 20 per week (varies by route).
Location of Roles: Bishop Auckland, Barnard Castle, Chester le Street, Peterlee, Stockton on Tees, Durham City.

Your Role
- Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres
- Work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the company
- Quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend
- Assist the driver in company supplied vehicles, which includes cars, 8 seat people carriers and large wheelchair accessible vehicles
- Be patient and empathic with the passengers and keep them occupied and comfortable on journeys
What You Need
- Pass an enhanced criminal record check as you will be working with children, young persons and/or vulnerable adults
- Have the right to work in the UK
- First Aid Training - and willing to undergo advanced specialist medical training
