About the Role

Ramsay is currently looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to support a remote team, with a strong background in recruitment lifecycle and/or onboarding. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring candidates are processed efficiently and all relevant information is accurately maintained.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in the recruitment lifecycle and/or onboarding is essential
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally at a senior level
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience managing candidate information and recruitment documentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good IT and administrative systems skills
  • Ability to travel to Central London for the initial 1-week training period

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Coordinating candidate onboarding and ensuring all required documentation is completed
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records
  • Liaising with candidates, recruiters and internal teams
  • Monitoring onboarding progress and following up on outstanding requirements
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment/HR function
  • Ensuring processes are completed accurately and within required timescales

Please note: This is a remote role, but candidates must be able to attend the Central London office for one week of initial training. If you have strong recruitment lifecycle or onboarding experience and are available to start ASAP, we would be interested in hearing from you.
