As a Staywarm Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement, helping clients upgrade their heating systems and select the perfect cover packages. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer calls and reach out to existing clients and online enquiries to provide solutions
  • Engage customers via phone and email to understand their needs
  • Recommend and sell replacement boilers and heating cover packages
  • Manage your own customer accounts, including follow-ups and call backs
  • Handle objections and guide customers to the best solutions
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
