This is a full-time remote Chauffeur role. The Chauffeur will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation services to clients, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Vehicle maintenance checks
- Assisting clients
- Managing routes without relying on navigation systems
- Collaborating with the control room team to ensure timely arrivals and departures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years London PCO Licence
- Previous Experience with Wheely, Blacklane would be a great advantage
- Proficient in spoken English
- Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and efficient communication during trips
- Experience in Operations Management related to scheduling, routing, and time management
- Possession of a valid and clean UK driving license with a clear driving record
- Expertise in route planning, along with knowledge of London roads and landmarks
- Professional appearance, reliability, and ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in luxury travel or event transportation is a plus.
