About Us: 247 CCTV Security is a trusted provider of security solutions, specializing in CCTV systems, door access control, and burglar alarm installations. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to join us.

The Role: As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing:

  • CCTV systems (IP & analogue)
  • Door access control systems

You will work across a variety of commercial and residential sites, ensuring high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring security systems
  • Conducting site surveys and advising on security solutions
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Ensuring work is completed to industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in CCTV, door access, and alarm installations and maintenance
  • Knowledge of various security system brands and technologies
  • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
