We’re now looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Central London – someone who values precision, thrives on the road, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
About the Role:
As a Vending & Coffee Machine Service Engineer, you’ll be a key player in maintaining our high standards and ensuring every coffee break hits the mark. You’ll carry out service, repair, maintenance, and installation of machines across our London client base. Full training is provided, and you’ll receive continuous support from our technical and operations teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Servicing and repairing coffee and vending machines at customer sites.
- Installing and calibrating machines in line with pre-agreed specs.
- Diagnosing faults and liaising with HQ for parts and support using our PDA system.
- Providing an efficient, friendly, and professional service to every client.
- Maintaining your van to ensure it’s clean, roadworthy, and well-stocked.
