Role Overview:

We’re always on the lookout for dependable, customer-focused Coffee & Vending Operators to join our expanding team. Working from your home each day, you’ll visit customer sites in your region to clean, refill, and maintain vending and coffee machines – making sure every break is one to enjoy.

This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, being on the move, and takes pride in doing things properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refill and merchandise coffee and snack machines at customer locations
  • Ensure all machines meet high hygiene and operational standards
  • Log service activity, minor repairs, and faults via PDA device
  • Provide friendly and professional service at every site
  • Maintain your company vehicle in safe, clean condition
  • Occasionally support depot operations as needed

About You:

  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proactive and organised, with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own route
  • Flexible to travel within your region
  • Experience in vending or hospitality is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided
  • Full UK driving licence required
