We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to lead the social presence of both our agency and our diverse portfolio of clients, and support across a range of marketing tasks within our talented team.
A solid background in online marketing principles, meeting client briefs and measuring success is essential.
- Communication: You are comfortable in presenting your ideas to our internal marketing team and communicating, both verbally and in writing, with current and potential clients. You regularly monitor the performance of all projects and channels and have the confidence to challenge and reassess strategy with the team as needed.
- Creative: An eye for creating assets that fit the brief and follow client brand and tone of voice. You are confident in using Canva to create and edit; some experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Versatile: No two days are the same and in addition to content creation, you will support the wider marketing team - switching from writing content to creating branded assets or editing a reel to taking a client phone call with ease and confidence.
You will be involved in creative sessions with both new and existing clients; offering knowledge, ideas and online marketing solutions. You will support in creating strategies to maximise online presence and access the right audiences for different business and industry needs. You will support the marketing team with content writing, research tasks and content gathering, along with offering tactics to help deliver strategies.
You will lead social media, in line with approved strategies, from asset creation to posting and monitoring, across a wide range of clients and business sectors, understanding how and when trends can be used within ours or our clients' social media.
You will use Canva confidently to create quality, eye-catching visuals and videos that stop the scroll, and be keen to widen your skillset using the Adobe Creative Suite. You will be client-facing from day one, liaising with clients in writing or on the phone, attending relevant meetings, supporting in capturing briefs and helping to ensure that tasks are actioned.
