Company Description
We’re looking for an Architectural Technologist or Technician to join our growing team at 24/Three. We’re also open to applications from Assistant-level candidates looking to take the next step in their career.
You’ll play an active role in delivering a wide range of residential and mixed-use projects ranging from bespoke homes and conversions to infill developments and strategic masterplans. You’ll support Project Leads across all RIBA stages, producing high-quality technical information and helping shape spaces that are both practical and full of character.
Whether you’re newly qualified or looking to build on a few years of experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in a friendly, design-led studio that values both technical precision and thoughtful design.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting projects from concept to completion, across all RIBA stages
- Producing accurate drawings, models, and technical packs
- Carrying out measured surveys and site visits
- Preparing planning and building control applications
- Coordinating construction details, tender packages and specifications
- Liaising with consultants and clients as part of a wider design team
- Responding to site queries and supporting delivery on the ground
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Architectural Technology or related qualification
- Experience working in a UK practice (residential experience ideal)
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- A good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Strong drawing skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in working collaboratively and taking initiative
- A full UK driving licence or ability to travel between sites and studios
