On the 24th floor, guests discover a fine-dining restaurant that serves dramatic French-inspired dishes. Situated in Birmingham’s tallest building, the stylish restaurant offers breath-taking 360 degree views of the city.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We're looking for an organised and hospitality-driven Events Coordinator to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our events business. Once our Sales Team has secured an event booking, you'll take ownership of the client journey - working closely with them to plan every detail, ensuring a seamless experience from confirmation through to handover. You'll become the client's main point of contact, managing all event logistics, producing detailed function sheets and working closely with our Operations team to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard. You'll be highly organised, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You enjoy building relationships, managing multiple priorities and ensuring every detail is considered before an event takes place.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience coordinating events within hospitality, restaurants, bars or venues is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Open Table is preferred.
  • Professional, calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
