What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional beauty treatments and creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client
- Providing high-quality nail and beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, buffing, cuticle care, CND Shellac application, and hand and foot massage
- Creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients
- Conducting thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences
- Responding to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Recommending suitable treatments based on individual requirements
- Staying up to date with beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Advising clients on aftercare and recommending suitable retail products to enhance results
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace
- Sanitising tools and equipment in line with health and safety standards
- Following salon hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable client experience
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the salon
